At Integrity Wellness MD, we believe in a holistic approach to your health and well being. We have created structured wellness programs to help you fully understand and address any underlying conditions that may be altering your quality of life.

Hormone Optimization Program

Our Hormone Optimization Program is designed to assess, balance and optimize your sex hormones, adrenal health and thyroid balance by incorporating functional medicine treatment strategies unavailable in most conventional medical clinics.

We will take a detailed medical history, clarify your current symptoms, and then do comprehensive lab testing to get your hormone levels and identify any other issues contributing to your symptoms. Testing is usually a combination of urine and blood tests. We will then put together a customized program for you, including bioidentical hormones and supplements tailored to your needs.

The hormone program is an ongoing membership care program. The fees cover your provider visits, secure messaging with your provider, and a number of discounts on labs and supplements. You will see your provider every 3-4 months to monitor your hormone therapy. If additional services are requested, they can be added on to your care for an additional fee.

GLP-1 Weight Loss Program

Our weight loss program using GLP-1 medications is an extremely popular and very successful approach to losing weight. Many, if not most, of our current clients have tried a number of diets with little lasting success. Using a GLP-1 medication is often the trick to getting “unstuck” and finally getting results with a good diet and exercise program!

Functional Medicine Optimization Programs

We offer a 5 month program for those who wish to add a functional medicine approach to their health. This program is for two types of patients:

• Overall healthy, but want to ensure optimal nutrition and metabolic health
• Have a chronic disease managed by a physician, but would like to see if improving metabolic and functional health will improve the condition

This program includes a battery of initial testing. We have a Standard program and Premium
program:

• Nutrient testing
• Stool testing for inflammation and digestion markers
• Food sensitivity and leaky gut testing
• Antioxidant testing
• Environmental toxin testing (Premium only)
• Heavy metal toxin testing (Premium only)
• Genetic analysis (Premium only)

The program includes initial testing, then a 90 minute consultation with the provider to review everything and craft a custom diet and supplementation plan. An initial detox kit, health coaching sessions and 3 follow up visits over the 5 months are included.

Note: this program is not appropriate for someone with multiple symptoms who has not been diagnosed. That requires a customized, stepwise approach to diagnosis over the long term that we are not currently able to offer.

Gut Health Program

This is an intense 3 month program to evaluate gut health and heal gut inflammation. If you have gastrointestinal symptoms that you have not been able to treat on your own, consider this program. It includes:

• Stool testing for inflammation and digestion markers
• Food sensitivity
• Leaky gut testing

The program includes doing the initial testing, then a 30 minute consultation appointment to fully review your history, symptoms and testing. You will then begin a series of supplements (included in the program) to heal your gut while you eliminate any foods that are reactive on your testing. There are 2 follow up provider visits over the following 2 months.
